Turning Capabilities:

  • Swing up to 24" over way and 16" over carriage x 102"

  • Cut Grooving up to 16" Diameter

  • Pipe Threading up to 6" Diameter

Milling Capabilities:

  • CNC Mill with 30 x 16 x 15 Travel

  • Traditional Mills with up to 60 x  21 Travel

Press Brake Capabilities:

  • Traditional Press Brake: Up to 2" Thickness, Up to 12' Long depending on thickness

  • CNC Press Brake: Up to 1/4" Thickness; Up to 10' Long depending on thickness

Rolling Capabilities:

  • Plate up 10' wide

  • Plate up to 1-1/2" thickness

  • Roll to a Minimum Diameter of 8"

  • Roll Angle Iron, Channel, Wide Flange, Box Tubing, & Bar Stock

Shearing/Cutting Capabilities:

  • Miter Saw for stock sized up to 20"x20"

  • Straight Saw for stock up to 20"x20"

  • 10' Shear up to 1/2" Plate

  • Manual Plasma / Torch Cutting

Hole Making:

  • Metal Drill Press for precise holes

  • Metal Punch for holes, slots, square and custom hole making

Press Capabilities:

  • Tonnage up to 200 Tons

Our 25,000 Sq. Ft. shop is divided into 3 bay, each of which is specialized to handle various jobs.
